Creating a single product a solution for a single problem is great
But adding variety to it makes it more impressive. It doesn’t have to be different products – it can be the same products with different designs.
Even, if you already know – that one design is superior to the other, let there be a different design.
If you have a customer, he will not have too much to speak about your product to his friends(who use the same product).
But, if you have added a variety of designs in the product or even in the packaging – your customers are going to involve in a conversation around your product.
They might discuss – how one is superior to another or why your brand creates a dumb alternative to a good product.
But this conversation is what will hook in bringing another customer – who might be overhearing the conversation.
The new person might ask your customers, “What are you guys talking about?”. And that’s how the introduction of your product or service will be done to a new person.
The new person might as well become your customer if he tries out the product in hand. He might not like a design, as he might take a side in that debate of which is better. But he is gonna buy at least one product for sure if it’s relevant to him.
The point here to be made is, Variety can be a key to making your customers talk about your product.
